Atlanta Alive is more than events—it’s a citywide movement bringing hope and unity to Atlanta! This fall, we’re hosting powerful gatherings leading up to our 3-Day Gospel Festival at Piedmont Park. An event that will draw thousands from the community for music, food, and celebration. We’re inviting vendors of all kinds to join us—not just to showcase your business, but to be part of something bigger that’s transforming our city.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW, READ IT VERY CAREFULLY:
Booth / Truck Requirements:
• Power Needs: Power supplies will NOT be provided. Please bring your generator.
Fees & Deadlines:
Once you’ve submitted your application, our team will reach out based on the event(s) you select. At that time, we’ll provide full details on vendor fees, setup, parking, and event-day instructions.
City of Atlanta / Fulton County Requirements:
All vendors must comply with Atlanta Parks & Recreation and County Health Department rules and regulations.
For ALL VENDORS:
• Must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the City of Atlanta and County Parks & Recreation as additional insured.
• Must follow all park rules and regulations regarding setup, breakdown, and waste disposal.
• Must provide own equipment (unless otherwise arranged).
• No alcohol sales permitted.
For FOOD TRUCKS & FOOD VENDORS:
• Must hold a valid County or City of Atlanta Business License.
• Must provide a copy of a current Food Service Permit / Mobile Food Service Permit issued by County Board of Health.
• Must comply with County Board of Health food safety requirements:
• Proper handwashing station if serving outdoors.
• Food storage and temperatures must meet health code standards.
• Wastewater and grease disposal must follow Health Dept. guidelines (no dumping on-site).
• Fire safety compliance is required: current fire extinguisher must be inside truck/booth.
